Hollaboi (Victor Onaopemipo Olla), is a breathe of fresh air in Africa’s Music Industry. Having been dissatisfied with the poor quality of content in the industry, he chose to chart a new path and become an ambassador for good music. His unique selling point is his distinct sound, which combines modern Afro highlife with fujI.

Hollaboi is an Educational Management (Economics) Graduate of The University of Portharcourt, Nigeria (UNIPORT). He grew up listening to the Likes of Chief Ebenezer Obe, King Sunny Ade, Michael Jackson, Whitney Houston, and several others. Music became an escape for a tough childhood. He also has Music in his roots – His maternal grandmother was an active chorister till she passed on in her eighties.

Hollaboi started his music career in 2011 when he released his first Official single ‘Molowononi’ which became the biggest song on the UNIPORT campus. In 2012, Hollaboi won the award of ‘Afropop Artiste of the year’ in the first ever edition of Top Naija Music Awards in Lagos, in which he was nominated alongside Mavins Mega superstar Korede Bello. In 2014, He was listed as one of UNIPORT’s greatest Artiste ever, by a Campus Magazine ‘Gist Uniport’, hence joining the ranks of Timaya, Timi Dakolo etc.

Hollaboi has featured at Etisalat Eazy Clique, Coke Studio campus tour, and Airtel Campus Storm where he shared the Stage with several Nigerian A-list Acts such as 2face idibia, Wande Coal, Burna boy, Olamide, and Others.
